We take pride in offering our customers exceptional value and service. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide shipping from our home in Alaska via trusted carriers such as FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and DPD.

Shipping to Over 200 Countries:

We are pleased to offer international shipping services to our customers worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at check out. While we strive to accommodate all destinations, there are certain locations to which we are unable to ship. If your country falls into this category, we will promptly notify you. 

Lost/Missing Packages:

While we endeavor to ensure accurate delivery, (Arctic Calm) cannot be held liable for packages lost or missing due to incorrect address information provided during checkout. Please verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping address before finalizing your order. In the event of an error on our part, we will assume full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge to you.

Customs:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to the following estimates:

  • United States: 3-7 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 6-10 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-21 Business days
  • Central & South America: 8-21 Business days
  • Asia: 8-21 Business days
  • Africa: 8-21 Business days
  • Please note that maximum delivery time is 30 business days. This estimate excludes our 1-3 day processing time, and clearance/customs delays. Custom orders are made to order please allow 1-2 day processing time.

    Tracking Information:

    Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. However, please be aware that due to the nature of free shipping, tracking may not always be available.

    "No Information Available at the Moment" Tracking Status:

    For certain shipping companies, it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your tracking number shows no information after 3 business days from the date of purchase, please contact us for assistance.
